Antidote Vial

A treasure chest containing rewards obtained from the Vorax gameplay. The higher the Color Quality, the better the drops. During the Surgical Preparation phase, the higher your Ultimate Activity level, the better the corresponding Antidote Vial you'll obtain. In Shelley's Operating Theater, defeat a Vorax monster matching your Ultimate Activity level to unlock the corresponding Antidote Vial and claim your rewards.
