You can place a maximum of 4 Compass(es) in each Netherrealm stage. Starting from the unlocking of Compass slots at Timemark 7, the maximum number of Compasses that can be placed is gradually unlocked as the >Timemark> increases.>
Compasses usually provide affixes that change the gameplay experience or enhance specific types of item drops, accompanied by a negative effect that increases the Life of all monsters in Netherrealm stages.>
Compasses drop everywhere in Netherrealm.>
Season Compass>
You can place a maximum of 1 Season Compass(es) in each Netherrealm stage.>
Season Compasses are exclusive to the current season-exclusive gameplay, providing gameplay variations and increased drops.>
Season Compasses are usually dropped from the Season-exclusive Gameplay.>
Probe>
You can place a maximum of 1 Probe(s) in each Netherrealm stage. Probes can only be used in Profound Timemark 8 and Deep Space.>
Probes provide affixes similar to Compasses but with stronger negative effects, making them items intended for late-game players.>
Probes are usually dropped from Sandlord gameplay.>
