Attempts to consume 10% of Unsealed Max Mana when using a non-Channeled Attack Skill. If the Mana is consumed successfully, grants 10 Mercury Pts. When there is insufficient Mana, consumes 1% of Unsealed Max Mana and grants 5 Mercury. This effect does not apply to Burst.
