Wilt deals Erosion Damage Over Time with a default duration of 1.5s.
When inflicted on an enemy, each stack of Wilt deals Erosion Damage Over Time equal to the Base Wilt Damage every second to the target.
By default, the maximum number of Wilt stacks is 30.
After reaching max stacks of Wilt, subsequent stacks of Wilt inflicted will replace the Wilt stacks with the shortest remaining duration.
