Season Background
A strange disease called Vorax has infected the monsters of Leptis!
Once infected, they turn crimson and enter a state of extreme hyperactivity and frenzy. They even devour each other, absorbing the endlessly multiplying diseased tissue within their bodies to evolve into more powerful and grotesque monstrosities.
As the crisis looms, Mad Doctor Shelley's underground clinic officially opens for business!

New Gameplay
This clinic is home to the best Vorax specialist in all of Leptis!
The first stage of treatment is to find suitable patients. Defeat Vorax Elites in Netherrealm stages to collect the Vorax Substance on them. Obtaining sufficiently potent doses of Vorax Substances is the foundation of treatment.
The second stage of treatment is to visit Mad Doctor Shelley's underground clinic to start the Surgical Preparation phase.
Here, Hunters will perform surgeries on Vorax-infected monsters in preparation for further surgeries in different directions based on monsters' diverse racial talents.
During this stage, Hunters can choose freely from dozens of Surgical Instruments and Potions, combining them in various ways to gradually cultivate the ultimate Vorax host.
Each race has extremely rare Special Potions. These Special Potions provide a set of special medications, which increase in potency with each round, until a miraculous Potion with super high Ultimate Activity is created.
The surgery officially begins in the third stage of treatment!
Hunters will now have to dispose of the powerful monsters they just created.
Defeat them to recover precious Vorax antidotes from their bodies and exchange them for corresponding rewards.
Antidote Vials in the Operating Theater will fill up as more monsters are defeated, and the rewards earned by exchanging them become increasingly better as their potency increases.

New Development System
Grafting lets Hunters craft Vorax Gear-unrestricted by Strength, Intelligence, or Dexterity, with a shared affix pool across different parts, and even capable of holding Legendary affixes.
Use Normal Organs to add Basic or Advanced affixes to Vorax Gear. Use Special Organs to add Ultimate affixes to Vorax Gear. Use Core Organs and Sutures to add Legendary affixes to Vorax Gear.
Vorax Corrosion increases the tier of Vorax Gear affixes, potentially increasing all pre-fixes and suffixes by 1 - 2 tiers.
