Change the Energy value of a gear.
The higher the item level, the more likely a gear receives higher Energy.

1. Gear with an Energy bar can be empowered.

2. Empowering gear consumes a certain amount of Energy Cores. Empowered gear will have an Energy value within its Energy range.

3. If the Energy value of the empowered gear reaches the upper limit of the gear's Energy range, then the gear will not be further empowered.
