Aeterna Season /1

Season Background
Legend has it that in our homeland, the eternal, invincible realm. The very barren, tainted land the world called Aeterna. Boundless riches and the secret of immortality are buried beneath the ruined facade. Our people wandered among the dense mist and broken walls, awaiting eternal grace. When candlelight burns again, the city that fell a thousand times shall be rebuilt, and the people who fell a thousand times shall stand once more. And who shall venture into the eternal Aeterna? Hunters who are destined to trample the myriad ruins of the Aeterna, yet refuse to yield to eternity. I see you treading toward the innermost candlelight.

New Gameplay
Interact with the Monument of Aeterna to enter the edge of Aeterna-the Ruins of Aeterna. In the ruins, Hunters must kindle candelabra in the allotted time for prizes and obtain a Mark of the Ruins that has the condition of all candelabra recorded on it.
Hunters must obtain more Marks of the Ruins and cover the map of Aeterna to rebuild the city. Once the city is rebuilt, its roads, landscape, and rewards will change. So, it brings a whole new experience each time it's rebuilt.
The new season features a brand new Major Season Talent. Gradually unlock all talents to obtain massive buffs and bonus rewards, expand the map of the city, and ultimately unlock the Infinite City of Aeterna.
After the Infinite City of Aeterna is unlocked, every time you clear the city will push it one step closer to reaching true eternity, making it even more dangerous. As the city becomes more dangerous, there will be more rewards too, and there's no limit to the city's tier.
The Lone King of Aeterna, a new supreme boss, is featured in the new season. He waits at the end of Aeterna, stoically watching everything you do in the city. When you dare usurp Aeterna, he will slay you without mercy.

New Development System
You will get a brand new item, Soul Candle, when exploring the city. You need to equip Soul Candles in the Skill panel. And they will nourish your soul and significantly improve skill effects.
A Soul Candle usually has 1 to 3 affixes of random tiers, but you can fuse them to upgrade, evolve, or even mutate their affixes.
Soul Candle Fusion, a new development system, has been added to the season. You can acquire a special item, Tear of Aeterna, from monsters in the city. By spending Tears of Aeterna, you can fuse two Soul Candles.
When fusing Soul Candles, affixes of identical effects and tiers from the two Soul Candles will be fused into one, and the remaining affixes will be either retained or discarded randomly.
When both Soul Candles have the same T1 affixes, the fused affix has a chance of evolving into a more powerful T0 affix with one guaranteed negative affix, and any T0 affix of the fused Soul Candle has a small chance of mutating into a rare, special affix.
Mutated affixes are very powerful, however, they can also have serious negative impacts on you. Therefore, you must balance the power and the negative effects brought by Soul Candles by making the most of the positive affixes and avoiding the negative affixes, using the potent but dangerous Soul Candles to your advantage.
