Add it to a Netherrealm Compass slot to increase rewards granted in Netherrealm stages.

Added Compasses are consumed once the Netherrealm stage begins.
Doors that have a chance to lead into the Overrealm appear in the stage
Monsters in the stage +70% additional Max Life
Within the Overrealm, filling the Containment Progress has a chance to grant a certain number of Compulsory Containment Keys
Within the Overrealm, the "Door" leading to the next level can be forcibly opened by consuming Compulsory Containment Keys
