If the Max Blessings Stacks are further increased when the max stacks of all Blessings are 0, converts the effects of their affixes into effects that increase Max Desecration Stacks. Desecration stacks up to 25 times
Desecration gains an additional base effect: (0.2/0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4)% additional Erosion Damage taken for every 5% of Life the target loses
